CSC Welcomes William A. Santora as Member of the Board of Directors

Wilmington, DE: (www.cscglobal.com) – Wilmington-based Corporation Service Company (CSC) announces the election of William A. Santora to the company's Board of Directors. With over 36 years of experience in public accounting, Santora is the managing director of Santora CPA Group, which services businesses and professionals in New Castle County, DE.

Santora's background in a variety of organizations provides a special expertise in business consulting, profitability improvement, and due diligence auditing. He is known for providing litigation support services to the area's legal community and has testified in the U.S. District Court, Bankruptcy Court, Superior Court, Chancery Court, Family Court, Court of Common Pleas, and the New York State Grand Jury.

Daniel Butler, chair of CSC's Board of Directors, said, "Bill's experience, business leadership, and community involvement are an invaluable addition to the Board and the ongoing success of CSC."

Currently, Santora lectures on a variety of business and management issues and is active with community and association memberships. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Delaware Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Committee of 100, and American Society of Appraisers - Business Valuation Division. Santora also serves on the Board of Directors of Goodwill Industries of Delaware and Delaware County and on the finance committee of St. Joseph on the Brandywine Roman Catholic Church.

A graduate of the University of Delaware, Santora holds a B.S. in Accounting. In 1988, he was selected as the Small Business Advocate of the Year for the State of Delaware by the U.S. Small Business Administration.
